Shipping policy
Shipping details including your tracking number will be provided by email from hello@pchy.co.uk. Please note that this email may have gone to your junk folder. We endeavour to use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked wherever possible, and this option has been selected by the customer. For the EU, we primarily use UPS, and will provide tracking numbers by email.
