Once submitted, our team aims to respond within two working days. Our Customer Service team operates Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You can reach us during these hours

Please note that all correspondence is conducted in English.

This return and exchange policy complements your statutory rights and is separate from your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Return Process:

Please ensure you retain your invoice. PCHY gladly accepts online returns for all item(s) within 28 days of receipt, provided the item(s) are in resalable condition, including original packaging, tags, and/or labels.

In the event of a faulty item(s), please contact our customer services team for assistance. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unsealed, unopened, and unused. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return:

  1. Take the parcel, along with the enclosed returns note, to a Post Office or courier service.
  2. Request proof of postage and retain it until you receive your refund. Refunds for lost returns require valid proof of postage.
  3. Ensure all return documentation is retained and that the returned item(s) can be tracked and traced.

International customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipments with their local postal service.
